Service Description

What is meant by Remote Support? Our team will provide Remote Support via telephone to leverage remote access, or remote desktop software (if applicable) to give the Consultant instant access to the remote device from anywhere, at any time. This means that they can provide remote assistance without having to travel to the device. Without Remote Support our clients may have lose access to their network files or may not be able to process payments but thankfully Remote Support can be utilized and mitigatd these types of issues. ***NOTE: This support can be provided via 3rd party without software as well***

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of all our clients , please call or email as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
